Additional Information & Developments
Although, the PTFC organization has historically donated funds to RMHC (and will continue to applaud their efforts), a recent decision was made by PTFC’s Board of Directors to donate all future proceeds exclusively to NIH CHARITIES. Having the endorsement and support of NIH’s approximately 28,000 federal employees1 and three nationally recognized charities (i.e. NIH CHARITIES), will permit PTFC to have a greater impact on more children, families and advancements in medical research.
Similarly, the need to involve ISRI in our efforts to obtain the support of aluminum recyclers throughout the country is no longer necessary given PTFC’s success in developing a national network of supporting aluminum recyclers on our own. This will insure PTFC’s autonomy as we continue to broaden our 6-year effort.
