Children’s Inn at The National Institutes of Health

Mission: In 1990, The Children’s Inn at NIH opened its doors to pediatric patients and their families. Since then the Inn has been in continuous operation: 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Children and families travel from all over the world to NIH because conventional treatments have failed to have sufficient impact on their illnesses. Located in Bethesda, Maryland, NIH is the world’s premier biomedical research facility. Children receive treatment for illnesses such as cancer, heart, lung, bone and growth disorders, mental illnesses and HIV infection.

Special Love for Children With Cancer (Camp Fantastic)

Mission: There is an unspoken bond amongst kids with cancer. They exist on a higher plane – a place where strength is demanded and resolve essential. Together these youth are an inspirational, irrepressible force. Joined, they can surmount their illnesses and celebrate the simple joys of childhood. Special Love sponsored summer camps, day trips, and week-end activities offer these amazing children a community that cares.

Friends of the Clinical Center (FOCC)

Mission: FOCC helps patients and families who have financial and emergency needs while being treated at the NIH Clinical Center - the NIH Clinical Center is the world's largest hospital devoted entirely to medical research.

PTFC is committed to help these three organizations obtain greater visibility at the national level. The collective effort of many can and will lead to incredible results.
